Concord’s Temporary Northeast False Creek Park~Christmas Gift or Christmas Grinch?

Urban YVR presents some compelling images of the Northeast False Creek temporary park, which while 3.5 acres in size has taken several decades to be created despite an agreement between the City and the owner of the land, Concord Pacific. This is near the Citygate buildings where residents have been lobbying for Something To Be Done. The False Creek Residents Association also joined the fray requesting that the city insist that Concord Pacific pony up the temporary park which was part of the City’s agreement.
